At WallTune, customer satisfaction is our priority! If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have the option to return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. Please review the terms below to ensure a smooth return process.
Conditions for Returns:
Return Window:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item(s).
We work with fulfillment partners in the USA, UK, and EU to ensure fast, reliable international delivery. Wherever possible, returns are processed locally to speed up exchanges and refunds.
Return Shipping Costs:
The cost of returning the item(s) is at your own expense. I do not provide return labels as I'm running a small shop and can't run a healthy business with reasonable prices.
Item Condition:
Returned items must be received in their original, unused condition. Any items that show signs of wear or damage (not caused by shipping) will not be eligible for a refund.
Return instructions:
After shipping your return use this form to send a picture of the shipping label including order number, items returned and the reason for return.

Damages:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless a refund of the standard delivery cost is required by applicable consumer law — for example, for customers in the EU or UK who cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it under their statutory right of withdrawal.
